We Buy Houses Form (Answer First Inbound)
Focus on building rapport with the seller. We want as much info as possible but do not want to ask too many quesitons if they are hard to talk to.
(If seller is not interested see below.)Your response: Would you be interested in the future, maybe a couple months from now? or you are completely not interested? (If yes, log name and number in contact section and reasons they may not be interested in now in the comments section below)
Note: If asked about "how did you get my number?"Your response: We do alot of business in the (seller's property zipcode) area and have a database of properties and your number was attached to this property.
Note: If they insist and ask "what is your offer?"Your response: We would like to make an offer but we wouldn't want to offend you not knowing what's in the property. For me to give a fair offer it would help to get some more information so I don't offend you.
Are you willing to accept some money NOW at closing -- and -- the rest LATER in let's say a year from now?
