  • Guidelines for the applicant - Please read

    All sections of this form must be filled in completely. Please ensure that you have carefully read and understood the terms and conditions prior to submitting the form.

     Applicants should receive a response within three days of securing their place.

  • Accidents

    I understand that I will be contacted immediately, in the case of an accident, by either telephone or a text message. In the event of an accident, I understand that Dar al-Zahra staff will seek medical advice were necessary and take the appropriate action needed.

    If your child has had an accident in class, you will be asked to sign the accident form, in the case of your child being picked up by someone else we will ask them to sign the form.

    I give permission for the accident form to be signed by the person picking up my child.

     

  • Outings

    As part of the curriculum, we will arrange for activities that take place outside of Dar al-Zahra. For your child to take part in such activities we require written permission from their parents/carer. I give permission for my child/children to take part in the trips off Dar al-Zahra premises.

  • Photographs

    Photographs may be taken during classes and activities for displays and marketing purposes. I give permission for my child's/children's photograph to be taken.

  • 5. Payment of Course Fees

  • The fee for Dar al-Zahra for the 2019-20 academic year is £450. The full course fee should be paid in full at the start of the course or can be made through a payment plan. 

    There is a reduced fee for parents admitting more than one child, £400 per year.

    Applicants will be notified of a decision within three days of the application deadline.

  • Sponsoring a Student :

    In order to remove barriers from seeking am islamic education, Dar al-Zahra offers some students full or partial scholarships. These scholarship are paid through fundraising activities as well as the generosity of the wider community.

  • Making donations :

    Dar al-Zahra will use all donations give to it to further expand its operations in developing Women's scholarship. Everything donated will be considered a Sadaqa Jariyah ( A continious charity) for the donor.

    Donations can be given on behalf of yourself or others such as parents or loved ones.

     

  • Agreement of Terms Conditions

  • 1. I have read and understand the Dar al-Zahra Student Code of Conduct and I will endeavour to support my daughter in implementing its standards.

    2. I have read and understad the section on Fees in Dar al-Zahra Student Policy, and agree to pauy student frrd on time, I understand that failure on my part to comply with any payment may result in my daughterlosing her place at Dar al-Zahra.

    3. I confirm that ny changes to contact numbers or addresses will be notified to Dar al-Zahra immediately.

    4. I confirm that any relevant medical imformation about my daughter has been disclosed, and Dar al-Zahra will be kept informed of any medical changes.

    5. I will notify Dar al-Zahra in the case of my daughter not being able to aatend and understand that if my daughter is off more than two weeks without notification then she could lose her place at Dar-al-Zahra will be kept informed of any medical changes.

    6. I confirm that we will not share any photographs, videos or audio recordings of other children and staff from Dar al-Zahra on social networks or with other people.

    7. I have read and understand as stated in the Dar al-Zahra Student Policy, the Dar al-Zahra has the right to suspend or expel students.
