2018-2019 JSAF End-of-Year Points Submission

Last year, each JSAF member was eligible to submit one form for points that was used for showmanship, divisional and market lamb awards. This year, JSAF members are eligible to submit forms for each division that they have competed in, i.e. if a member does showmanship, has a market lamb and a white face ewe, they can submit three separate forms using a different combination of shows and animals if desired in order to allow them to get the most points possible in consideration for awards. Only one animal/placing per show may be used per form.
Members, please note that you are to select your TOP FIVE shows (shows where you earned the most points for class placings and top five wins, if applicable) to submit for end of year points, as per the JSAF Points Series official rules. You will also be asked to enter a sixth show (if you have one to use) to be used in case of a tie. If you did not attend at least five shows, you are still welcome to submit your placings for the shows you attended using this form.
If you have not identified your five points-eligible shows that you wish to count, please visit the Show Results page on our website, online at www.juniorsheepassociationofflorida.org/show-results.html, for official results from this season's 10 points eligible shows to do so and then come back to this form later to submit your placings.
Each show may only be counted ONE (1) time on each form you submit, i.e. Wrangler Round Up may not be used more than once on your market lamb form, but may be used again on your showmanship form. If a show is submitted more than once on this form, i.e. submitting the Sumter County Fair twice with different animals, the first animal listed will be used, and the other will be removed, regardless of the number of points on any of them.
Please note that peewee division JSAF members are not eligible to report showmanship points. Rams are no longer eligible for points as of this season. Make sure to include all necessary information requested, and be sure to look over this form before submitting to ensure accuracy and correctness. TIEBREAKER (Show Six)
This show will NOT be used in the base calculation for awards, it will only be used in the event of a tie. If there is a tie between members for any award, the points earned from this "sixth show" will be added to the tied members' totals to determine the winner of the tie.
