Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument

Thank you for participating in the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI). You will be guided through a series of statements relating to different areas of organizational culture. On each group of statments you will be asked to enter a value 0-100 indicating how true the statement is of your organization. There will be four statments per category and the total of the scores for the four statements must add up to 100.
To complete the assessment, you will respond to the each of the statements twice. The first time, you will respond with how you feel the organization currently behaves. The second time you will respond with how you woulid like the organization to behave.
