DATE CODING GUIDE:

1. Receive stocks based on outlet Maximum Allowable Age (MAA) from BB date.

2. Pull out stocks from shelves based on BB date.

3. Report stocks 30 days before BB date to Acabar Coordinator and Client but do not pull out products from shelves. Immediately give feedback  on received stocks for less than 30 days .

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

*** SOTEX products must be reported at least 1 to 2 months before BBD.

*** Any unreported SOTEX and ALEX will be charged to the merchandiser or Coordinator.

*** Give weekly feedback on updates for SOTEX to your PMS or Head Supervisor.
