• You can stop and save your work if you don't have time to finish in one sitting. The save icon will appear at the bottom of each page. it looks like this.                                 

    When you click on the icon it will ask you for an email address. It will then send you a link that will let you pick up where you left off. That link is unique to you and the email address you enter. If you don't click on the icon before leaving the page or finishing your answers everything you have entered up to that point will be lost. If you would like a copy of the questions and your answers emailed to you at the end please enter your email address after your on the next few screens. 

  • Find a place where you enjoy being and may be undisturbed for at least half an hour to 45 minutes. 

    Take some conscious breaths to quiet your mind and body. Notice your environment: what do you see, hear, smell, feel in this place?

    Before you turn your attention to answering these questions, check to see how you feel and what your body is experiencing. Do you feel agitated, bored, tranquil, melancholic …?  Are you holding tension in your face, shoulders, back, left little toe …?  

    Now release any tension and be fully present in this moment and let everything else fade from your consciousness.
