I hereby grant permission to Inked HempQueens Magazine to use photographs in publications, online, and in other communications related to the mission of Inked HempQueens Magazine, without payment or any other consideration.
I hereby authorize Inked HempQueens Magazine to edit any images by cropping, zooming and so forth without any approval of the finished product before going to print.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Inked HempQueens
Magazine of all claims, demands, and causes of action which, I, my heirs,
representatives, executors, administrators, and/or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I am at least 18 years of age and I confirm that model(s) are at least 18 at time of photosshoot and submission. I am competent to contract in my own name, I have read and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
