Board & Train Services are offered on a time-limited, intensive basis. Service comes based on need. Additional days beyond these scheduled board and train days are available a la cart as boarding only days unless otherwise discussed. Board & Train differs greatly from simple boarding services with respect to intensity, individualized attention & training focus on problem areas. We do not offer board & train for less than 21 days as there simply wouldn’t be enough time to even begin to change establish foundation skills in les time than that. It takes a full week on average to have a dog settle into a new environment and this maximizes the efficacy of training. Private or group training through ALL BIG CANINES, LLC is a mandatory prerequisite unless otherwise approved. Advance reservations required. Description: For starters, your dog will be living in a home, not a kennel. While they may be crated at times or crate trained for safety, your dog is in a home. With a family. Training activly and passivley all day. Your dog will be under direct and indirect supervision of professional evidence based LIMA trainer and credentialed behavior consultant. Your dog’s days will be filled with a menu of activities all designed to“change” identified problem behaviors or “build” foundation skills in an intensive and proactive format including but not limited to: Socialization & play- with other dogs, a friendly cat, horses, pig, goats, chickens, as well as a variety of people - adults and children. Structure includes balance between working mentally and physically and plenty of opportunity to rest, play and absorb lessons. Continued training-includes increasing reliability of manners in increasingly challenging ways, incorporating distractions, distances & duration's. Structure/routine and management styles used in Board & Train are all intended to enhance the learning or training experience. There will be a minimum of TWO (2) hours per day of individualized sessions spread out overreach day. You are permitted to touch base by text or email on a routine basis if desired. We also document regularly via ALL BIG CANINES,LLC’s Facebook Fan Page. Payment Terms: 50% non refundable deposit required upon booking of dogs stay; balance due in full upon pick up off dog into program unless prior arrangements have been made. Once your dog has started their program there are no refunds on remaining training fees. NO EXCEPTIONS. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or Zelle. In the event of cancellation more than 30 days prior to booking; deposit can be applied to an alternate board and train date or an in home training program. Sadly we have to add this part. If an alternative pickup date needs to be made once the dog is already here you need to make arrangements with us or provide for someone who the dog can be released to. In the event a dog is here 10 days or more past the pickup date with no payment for boarding or communication from the owner, the dog will be considered abandoned and riverside county department of animal services will be contacted. What we provide: High value treats, love, affection,stimulation, management, comfy places to rest, Indoor and outdoor places to play with stuffed toys, other dogs, people and the flora and fauna of the community; exposure to sights and sounds and, if applicable, outings for social/emotional development and public access success. Stuffed frozen toys,attention, belly rubbing and non-stop education and learning opportunities.Your dog will be constantly practicing basic manners and can be taught any“missing” manners from basic obedience to behavioral intervention. Your dog maybe learning new tricks just for the fun of it. Weekly lessons in your home for weeks 2 and on are required due to covid these will be done as recorded video lessons as well as a go home lesson to promote success upon reintegration and follow up support at day 3 post return and for several weeks after as needed. What you provide: Your dog and your dog’s food. CANINEX or home made available for additional purchase at cost if desired. You may also bring along any supplements and/or medications your dog might require. There is no additional fee forgiving a dog medications. However, please discuss in advance and provide clear written instructions. A variety of toys are provided, and often get destroyed,so unless you’re willing to lose it, don’t send toys. Dogs are here for training and we live on a farm. Your dog will recieve bushouts as needed but if you have a long or heavily coated dog you will need to have their hair cut short prior to their stay or schedule weekly bath and brushouts with your groomer. Our groomer is Kimberlye at the Grooming Shope in Rancho Mirage if you do not currently have a groomer. Alternative you can have an in house bath and blow dry, deshed treatment, and nail trim for 45.00 prior to coming back home.

TRANSITIONING HOME: There are 3 sessions prior to going home with 1 of these in a public space and one outside your home or in a secure yard space with covid protocol followed. The other is virtual. These arethe instructions for how to greet your dog when you meet them for the firsttime during a board and train program. It isreally important to note that while your dog is having a blast here with us youare their family, they have bonded with you, and they get very excited to seeyou. We encourageall owners to remain calm and quiet, and as difficult as it is ignore their dog,while we make sure that we reinforce the behaviors we do want and redirect thebehaviors that we don't want . Because wedon't want them to practice unwanted behaviors and we want to ensure that therules that we've been working on with others also apply to you; which is one ofthe reasons you sent them to us!We ask thatyou remain patient and not get discouraged when it seems like everything goesout the window within the first 10 to 15 minutes of seeing you. Dogs do notproof and generalize well, which is a part of the reason for these lessons. So when your dog knows that certain behaviors were the status quo while with you,and those behaviors were reinforced by you or the environment, their naturalinstinct to perform those behaviors or engage in those activities comes back intoplay. Hence why we ask owners to calmlyignore until we've got ourselves back on track and then you will be cued tointeract with your dog again. We like to1st demonstrate the behaviors especially during our in public lessons with youourselves. How to do them, when to use them, and then pass the leash to you sothat you may ask and practice and reinforce those same behaviors with your dogtogether. At the end of our session your dog will return back to our board andtrain with us and we will schedule our next appointment with you. Generally westart with a one on one lesson in a public space that has a lot more activityand is more controlled this can be a Home Hardware store a pet store or a petfriendly store. It depends on the situation. The next lesson that we do and all subsequent lessons will be in your home following our same covid safetyprotocols as well our transition lesson . When your dog finally does go homeyou will have three days during those first 24 to 48 hours you may notice dogsleeping a lot and that is because they are back home. This commonly happens with dogs who attend a daycare or boarding facility with lots of physical andmental enrichment activities as well. They come home for all of the constantthings to do and smell and interact with and to a home of quiet where they canjust be. Home is a place of peace and quiet and even with our young puppiesthey may sleep more than normal. After three days home we will have anotherlesson to make sure that we don't have any hiccups happening that all the rulesare being followed and there is no backsliding as well as offer any humansupport we can to maintain that.

Reintegration. This is a REQUIRED session provided upon drop off of your dog and should be scheduled in advance to ensure enough time. Assume 30-60 minutes for this. 1.I,Owner named above, have enrolled myself and my dog in dog training classes, private consultations, workshops, board and train programs and/or other related activities offered by ALL BIG CANINES, LLC. By signing hereunder, I certify that I have been informed and understand that there is always some unavoidable risk of injury involved when working with animals, especially animals with behavioral issues. I acknowledge that dogs can be inherently difficult to control and that not all dogs will be under control at all times resulting in the possibility of injury to myself, my dog, my family members, or third parties. Additionally, I have had full opportunity to discuss all concerns I have about the foregoing risks with {me}and its authorized representatives. I have also made all inquiries and investigations to my satisfaction related to such risks, including, but not limited to, an examination of the training area (if applicable).I hereby accept and assume, without reservation, all risks associated with my, and my dogs,participation in the Training, including, but not limited to: the risks of any and all injuries to myself, my dog and any of my family members or third parties who may attend; the risks that my dog may cause injury to other persons and/or dogs involved in the Training; and the risks that saliva, water, food,sand, snow and/or other debris may be present in the training area. I have read and understand ALL BIG CANINES, LLC Policies, and agree to abide by them to the extent applicable. As lawful consideration for participating in the training, I, for myself, my heirs, executors,administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns(the"Releasing Party"), hereby waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ALL BIGCANINES, LLC and their members, managers, agents, and employees (the"Released Party") from any and all injuries, losses, claims and damages to any person or persons of any nature whatsoever, including claims arising from the Released Party's own negligence, and all costs associated therewith, including attorney's fees, court costs and consultant fees, arising from my participation in the Training. This Waiver of Liability & Informed Consent Release shall be legally binding on the Releasing Party. Should the Releasing Party assert a claim to the contrary to what I have agreed to in this Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent Release, the claiming party shall be liable for all expenses (including attorney's fees, court costs and consultant fees) incurred by both the Releasing Party and the Released Party. No waiver or modification of any provision herein shall be valid unless expressly agreed to in writing by both the Released Party and the Releasing Party. I hereby consent to my dog being the subject of the photographs and/or audiovisual recording and authorize ALL BIG CANINES, LLC to cause the same to be exhibited for educational purposes as still photographs, transparencies,motion pictures, television, video or other similar media. I hereby release ALL BIG CANINES, LLC from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim based on use of the above-described material(s).Every provision herein is intended to be sever-able. If any one or more of the provisions herein is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that shall not affect the other terms and provisions hereof, which shall remain binding and enforceable. I represent that I am at-least 18 years of age. 2. I authorize Emergency medical care to be provided for my dog by VCA Valley Animal Medical Hospital in Indio, CA, or Banning Animal Hospital in Banning, or an appropriate alternate to be determined by ALL BIG CANINES, LLC in the event that the regular veterinarian is not available or that closer care is required. I understand I am responsible for any and all veterinary costs and agree to reimburse ALL BIG CANINES, LLC or the Veterinarians office directly for any charges related to emergency care and that I will leave a credit card on file with my primary veterinarian for payment of any medical services. 3. I authorize ALL BIG CANINES, LLC to administer and seek First Aid and resuscitation care for my dog as determined appropriate by ALL BIG CANINES, LLC. and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALL BIGCANINES, LLC for any and all results thereof. 4. I understand that all dogs will be boarded at home address of 73400Kinsmith Ave Sky Valley, CA 92241. Owner gives the ALL BIG CANINES, LLC it’s owners, operators, and/or staff permission to transport dog/dogs to and from the Sky Valley, CA location for boarding, training, and medical purposes. They further understand the inherent risks associated with transportation such as, but not limited to, loss or injury due to accident; owner agrees to assume all risks and financial costs associated with said transportation. 5. I understand that my dogs will be trained using positive reinforcement methods. I also understand that although my dogs will learn multiple behaviors, basic obedience, new routines, and management while in the care of ALL BIG CANINES, LLC , it is my responsibility to maintain this learning upon their return to the home environment. Dogs do not proof or generalize well and while this is something we work for heavily during your dogs stay, this means that behavior taught while in our care will only be solidified through clear, calm and consistent repetition once home as is done in every environment we can while in our care. ALL BIG CANINES, LLC recommends owners commitment to continued education through group classes and private instruction to proof and generalize training. 6. Animal behavior is never fixed or static; it changes depending on circumstance and environment.Even trained behaviors will fade or extinguish over time without consistent repetition and reinforcement. Especially in cases of fear, reactivity, or aggression,anxiety, although behavior may be modified, the dog is never “cured”. A dog’s behavior is ultimately the responsibility of the owner. This contract is validated by the signatures below in total and as approval for future services without additional written authorization.
