Ruimsig Extra Lessons undertakes to: Provide lessons designed to best improve your child’s performance in the nominated subject(s). Provide one lesson per week per subject enrolled for. The parent(s) or Guardian(s) undertake to: Ensure that the learner bring school books if there are specific areas that the learner would like for us to focus on. Where possible let us know in advance if we need to deviate from the planned lessons(specific problems or tests).Ensure that the learner’s attendance is regular and punctual. Lessons will strictly start and end at stipulated times. It is very difficult to make up lost time when learners arrive late for lessons.

Person responsible for fees : The person responsible for the fees agrees to: Provide a copy of his/her Identity Document/ Driver’s License. Invoices, statements and any other communication will be done via email. It is the parent/ guardian’s responsibility to inform us of any changes. The parent/ guardian states that the physical address is correct as provided above. Settle all accounts according to the terms mentioned. Ruimsig Extra Lessons is not a registered credit provider and therefore no late payments will be allowed.
General Terms and Conditions:
General Terms and Conditions: Lessons continue throughout school holidays. There will be no lessons on Public Holidays and scheduled days as per the 2019-year planner. Missed lessons will be forfeited. Make up lessons will only be allowed if a phone call has been received and if the reason for absence is justifiable. (No Phone Call, No Makeup) Fees are paid monthly or a term in advance. An annual price increase will be implemented in March. Fees MUST be paid by the FIRST of each month, for the month in advance.No lessons will be provided unless fees are up to date. These fees are payable whether your child attends or not. An annual registration fee of R500 is payable per subject. Three calendar months’ written notice is required. You will be liable for the remaining period’s tuition fees. You will also be listed as a defaulter if payment is not received on time. Any termination during the last term will require a term’s notice. You will be liable for Three month’s tuition fees.
