Purpose – This form is intended to serve as the standard method for recording information collected during candidate interviews for any/all positions within the Company, regardless of the department in which the position resides.
This form is to be completed in its entirety during and/or immediately following each interview and submitted to HR (hr@emsgrp.net) for processing. Completed forms should be kept on file for all candidates, regardless of their evental hire status.
The output of this form provides Company personnel a means to quantitatively assess candidate suitability both individually, as well as collectively across the pool of applicants received for a given position.
While the format is useful for such quantitative assessment, it is also limited in scope--as such, Interviewers are encouraged to utilize the "comments" sections throughout the document to support each applicant's ratings and provide additional details/feedback wherever such is pertintent and valuable (please attach additional sheets if needed).
