Flight Follower & Ground Handling Qualification Record:

Flight follower qualification permits a person to carry out a flight following and alerting service. This form is retained with the person’s records.

Ground Handling Training permits a person to carry out passenger safety briefings and to supervise the loading and dispatch of an aircraft.  This form is retained with the person’s records.

Qualification is renewed annually.

Each Pilot shall be familiar with the routes and aerodromes used for air operations.  This form shall be used to record the pilots initial training and qualification, and any subsequent briefings if air operations have not occured over the routes during the preceeding 12 months.  Flight route qualification training may take the form of a briefing, flight observation, flight check, or a combination depending on the pilot's relevant experience. Satisfactory completion of this check will satisfy exposition requirement.

I Certify that the Pilot named on this form has satisfactorily completed the flight crew competency checks required by CAA Rule Part 134.607, 115.303 and the BFR requirements of Part 61.39 and has satisfied the training requirements specified in the operators exposition.
