The worldwide Lenovo Social Support Program is based on language. All agents added will cover the language identified regardless of where the customer posted.
For example, if a customer posts in English on the North America Facebook page an English agent in the UK or Manila is assigned the case they would respond to the customer’s post. A customer posting in Spanish may get a response from a Spanish Agent in Spain or Latin America.
Each seat will be charged to the cost center. Seat charge is $2300.
