    We have 3 Director positions available for the 2020 Festival. Please feel free to apply for as many positions as you'd like, however please anticipate a separate interview for each position as each one has different requirements.

  • Aside from the minimum 5 hours every other week, Directors will be scheduling meetings as needed with departments that fall under their umbrella category. We anticipate Directors will likely be dedicating about 20 hours per month to the Atlantis Project with an increase in working time in the final 2-3 months leading up to the event.

    Currently, standard compensation packages for Directors include:

    • $1,200 (half paid mid-way to the event and the other half paid at the end of the event)
    • Shared Hotel Room at the event with at least 1 other Director (only if the event is held at a hotel)
    • Food at all Bi-Weekly Meetings (Menus will be available for food selection prior to the meetings)
