Match days: Monday, 7.00 pm
Team nomination fee: $90 (non refundable)
Match day fees: $10 per player payable to the host venue

Nominations will NOT be excepted without the Team Nomination Fee payment. Payments should be made using this form with your credit card. Teams whose clubs pay their entry fees please note this in the comment section.

Please note: The Minimum age to qualify for this competition has been raised to 15 years. Players who turn 15 during the competition and wish to play may apply to the committee for a concession. All applications are to be via email to QLDLeagues@tennis.com.au.

All information marked * must be completed. Information is required to avoid creating duplicates in the competition software. Captains will be sent operational competition information about draws, updates, etc. Players must also be listed as an active club member in MyTennis. Failure to do so may result in the nomination being rejected or matches being forfeited.

The SCTL Grading Committee will grade all teams on the basis of nominated players and teams' and players' results from the past seasons.
