Rules and regulations by providing your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to our Model Search Rules, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.To be eligible to become a Contestant in this year of MISS & MR MBHASHE 2020 : You must be fifteen (15) to twenty two (25) years of age. If you are fifteen (15) to seventeen (17) years old you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to be eligible to participate . Your parent or legal guardian will be required to sign also Contestant Registration Form.The MISS $ Mr MBHASHE 2020 will have winners in both female and male categories. No modeling experience is required. You cannot currently be represented by, or under contract to, a modeling agency or the equivalent.Valid Contestants must accurately and fully complete the registration Contestant Form, upload images as required by M & M Mbhashe 2020 and complete and turn in the Contestant Confirmation Form (also signed by your Parent or Legal Guardian if you are under 18 years old) and to agree and comply with all of the Rules, Regulations, Term of Use and Privacy Policies as set forth on this competition . By entering this contest, you are allowing , the organisers and its affiliates and Members to use your name, image and other information you have provided to us.The first round of voting is based on On-Line voting. Contestants should encourage friends and family to vote On-Line each day. Voters may vote once per day each day during the On-Line voting time frame. The 20 winners will move on to round two. The Judges Panel will choose a number of "wildcard" Contestants that will also move to round two. The second round will be judged by the Judges Panel.If a finalist or winner cannot participate in any of the photo shoots, publicity events or any other activities for or relating to the competition or prizes for whatsoever reason, M & M Mbhashe 2020 reserves the right to disqualify the finalist and appoint another Contestant as a replacement.After the contest, winners are required to attend events, be available for photoshoots, interviews and/or news paper or taped broadcast, web related or other events arranged by MM MBHASHE 2020 and to sign a management agreement allowing Miss & Mr MBHASHE 2020 to represent them as an agency. MM MBHASHE 2020 reserves the right to discontinue using any winner in advertising, promotional materials, etc. without assigning any reason whatsoever. Meal allowances, travel, accommodations and other daily expenses are not covered unless specifically provided for in writing prior to the event. Each applicant, if called for an interview and/or test photo shoot, must be available to come to the photo shoot location to be determined by Miss & Mr MBHASHE 2020 for the interview and/or test photo shoot (with no pay and no guarantees). Transportation and lodging is at the model's expense for all.Winners will be notified by email and will have seven business days to confirm as required in the email. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and M & M M 2020 shall have the right to cancel the award and select a replacement contestant. Awards and/or prizes are personal to each Winner and are not transferable or redeemable for cash, substitution or resale. MM MBHASHE 2020 has the right to terminate or alter the rules of the Contest at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entries are subject to verification and may be rejected by Miss & Mr MBHASHE 2020 without assigning any reason. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the Miss & Mr MBHASHE 2019 judging panel, which are final and cannot be challenged. The MISS & MR MBHASHE 2020 Model Search will be modified or void as necessary to comply with any applicable state or federal laws.The contest voting is scheduled to end on 30 -August 2020, each year. The competition will be on 24 October 2020 this year at Willowvale Indoor Sports Center this event is the part of the kwantu 4th annual Arts Festival 2020. KWANTU 4th ANNUAL ARTS FESTIVAL 2020 24-25/ OCTOBER /2020 Theme: UBUNTU NOBUHLE BOMXHOSA Project Overview This is the Kwantu 4th annual Arts festival which started on 21 October 2017. It is a platform where all developed artists and underdeveloped artists are showcasing their work through this festival. We have seen a number of dedicated artists struggling to get stages like these where they can spend time together sharing their connection and their common goal through their creative art works, music, dance, poetry, crafters, film makers, comedies, visual artists, contestants, fashion designers and dancers especially those who are living in rural areas. We believe the reason why artists go to bigger cities in or-der to become well known is because of absence of services and chances given to them. We choose the 24-25 OCTOBER 2020 to invite all artistic productions to showcase their creative skills with us, especially those who have been participating in festivals like, National Festival we believe that this is also the best idea to call those who are coming from Eastern Cape in order for the local people to see and support their own artists. This year we added Miss Mbashe, Kwantu Heritage workshop, Gala dinner and Awards Prize Giving. Lastly, this festival was successful because we were supported by local businesses such as Mbashe Municipality, Boxer, Spar, Madyasi Super Save and Builders in order to make this event successful. That is the reason why we saw a need to call upon you for participation and even other entities, including Departments to make this event more successful.
