We are honored that you have decided to join us as a VIP Speaker at our Inaugural Conference designed to educate, inform and connect new and seasoned Travel Advisors with Suppliers, Operators, CVBs and Tourism Board Professionals as part of the larger Travel and Tourism Industry.
TRAVEL PLANS:
For travel purposes, all Media, Press, Exhibitors and VIP Speakers should arrive in Houston TX no later than midday on Thursday September 12, 2019 as the TPTC Marketplace Trade Show begins at 5pm. Please plan to depart after the brunch activities on September 15, which will end at 4pm. Should you require alternative arrangements, please indicate those dates below.
GUEST REGISTRATION AND HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
A special room block has been created at the host hotel Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria between September 8 and September 18, 2019, at a reduced rate of $139 per night plus taxes. In the event that you have any guests or colleagues that want to attend the Conference, up to 2 guests can be included on this form at the Early Bird Rate available as a Special VIP Discount for your guests. If you have Guests for the GALA ONLY, the cost is $80.00 per Gala Guest and can be added to your cart below.
TPTC MARKETPLACE TRADE SHOW PARTICIPATION:

VIP TRAVEL DETAILS
As per your Letter of Invitation, Travel Professionals and Tourism National Conference (TPTC) will provide hotel accomodations at the Host Hotel for the duration of your stay for VIP Speakers. Should you elect to bring any guests, you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred for a "share-with" in your room as well as airfare, meals or ground transportation (if any).
TPTC's Concierge Desk will email you an itinerary, participation schedule and hotel information for your approval prior to booking no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event. Additional rooms are the responsibility of your guests and can be booked by clicking here.
