This Agreement is made by and between the following parties:

The Parties hereby declare that this agreement is made by the free will of them without threat, harm, or intimidation.

The Parties understand and were made aware to each other that they are of legal age.

The Parties likewise agree that this agreement is deemed considered as private and not to be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where necessary disclosure shall be needed such as disputes civil or criminal.

The Parties declare that both are free from any sexually transmissible diseases. An infection contracted by one after the enggement consumating this agreement shall hold the other party liable for damages both civil and criminal.

Ratchet Clause

WHEREAS, the Proposing Party and the Consented Party are aware that at the time of sexual activities, either parties may desire to engage in activities heretofore not consented to, the parties agree as follows:

The sexual activities shall be limited to what is consented by the parties in this Agreement. 

The Parties are aware that in the case for any reason any of the partner utters the word "{safeWord}", the partner will immediately stop.

Should the sexual activity of any kind other than what is specified in this agreement be made, in the non utterance of the safe word, it shall be deemed as an accident and retroactively consented.
