Through this form you will be able to:

- Order and pay for Subway & Pizza lunches

- Become a member of H&S and pay your membership fee.

The Home and School Lunch Committee is pleased to offer bi-monthly lunches.

One Pizza Pizza Lunch  & one Subway Lunch per month.

You may choose to:

A - Not participate

B - Have both Subway and Pizza Pizza Lunches (20 lunches)

C - Participate only in one of the two (10 lunches)

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

If you choose option B or C, each student must participate in all 10 or 20 Lunches.

Subway

$5.75$ per lunch.  $57.50 total.

Includes 6" sandwich, beverage & baked chips

Pizza Pizza

$5.50 per lunch $55 total.

Includes 1 large slice, beverage & dessert.

$2.50 per additional slice

Orders and Topping selections for both Pizza and Subway, will remain the same throughout the year, so make sure your child picks his/her favorites!

Get involved and Help us Improve Our Kids School Life!

This is a great way to connect with other parents while working towards a common goal of enhancing our children’s school experience.  

Too busy to volunteer but still want to be in the loop? Feel free to join as a voting member. 

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Option A- Voting member (20$) -  This 20$ covers membership to the QFHSA (Quebec Federation of Home & Schools), you will be kept in the loop on H&S business and events, allowed to vote on key decisions, and receive a subscription to the QFHSA  newsletter.

Option B - Associated member (3$) - Benefits are the same as a voting member. Choose this option if you are already part of another LBPSB Home & School Association.

Option C- Volunteer only - non member (0$)- You will still be able to volunteer at the events organized by H&S, but unfortunately you will not receive communications from us regarding school news, you will not be able to vote on important matters and you will not receive the QFHSA newsletter. We are not authorized to send email to non-paid members.

Transaction fee

2.9% of the Subtotal + $0.30 per transaction (Paypal fees)

Example:

Subtotal = $200
Transaction Fee = ($200*2.9%) + $0.30 = $6.1
