  • Review of Season

  • This final review will be used as a basis for decisions relating to re-employment in the same role or in an alternative role or product area; to assess the employee’s suitability for progression and further training and development; as an information base for job references and to respond to Employment Service queries relating to the details of their employment. It may also be used for legal purposes.

    The form will be reviewed and discussed as part of the induction process for any returning members of staff at the start of their new contract.
