  • Guidelines for Science Fest

    • The project can be an individual or a group project and it should be a working model. A Group Project must be the work of two to four(Maximum) students only. Group projects must reflect the work of all members.
    • Do bring the Printed copy of the registration code.
    • Be sure your registration number is displayed in front of your project. Your registration number and information will be sent via e-mail.

    • A Project report must be prepared and submitted during the Project evaluation. A Project report should include the following sections:

      a) Objective - Concept behind the project

      b) Innovativeness in the Project.

      c) Cost-effectiveness of the Project.

      d) Application area of the Project.
    • Students are responsible for setting up and removing their Projects on the competition of the fest. Science City is not responsible for any projects not collected upon completion of the ceremonies on the day of the Fair. 
    • Plagiarism is prohibited. The project entry must be the original work of the entrant(s).
