• Step 4 inventory

    This form is designed to allow you to quickly note down the people, ideas and so forth that you may need to write a full resentment, fear or harm inventory for. It is broken up into the 4 columns suggested by the AA 'Big Book'. It is also suitable for a daily (Step 10) inventory. Only Column 1 & 2 are required - so you can complete them first, and return to the form later on to complete the other 'columns'. There is a submit button at the end of the first page, or you can continue to complete it and submit at the end.
