Thank you for the opportunity to care for your pet(s)!  

Please take a few minutes to complete this valuable information before our scheduled Meet & Greet.  

Doing so will help the process go a little smoother and quicker - as well as allow me more time to actually spend with your pet(s) during our meeting.  

Payment: Payment in full is required to officially book your requested services. Payment can be made at the M&G or thereafter, but please be aware that your visits are not reserved and visits will not occur unless payment has been received.  Payment methods accepted at the M&G are cash or check.   Payments accepted after the M&G must be made via Venmo, Chase QuickPay, Paypal or check (by mail; dates not reserved until check received).  Checks should be made payable to:  Kelly McKinney
