Mini/Junior/Youth Section Membership Application 2020-21

I would like my child to join the Mini/Junior/Youth Section of TROWBRIDGE RFC.
I understand that TROWBRIDGE RFC, its servants, agents or employees are not under any liability whatsoever for any loss of property, accidents or injuries of, or to my son/daughter, whether caused during the course of training, preparations or matches played at TROWBRIDGE RFC or other grounds. As a member of the Club, basic insurance cover is provided, and included in the subscription payable. You may however consider making your own arrangements.

For all NEW members:
I agree to register with the RFU and abide by their registration requirements.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION RATES 2020/21: - FAMILY MEMBERSHIP £132

Includes 2 adults and any number of children in the family, up to 18 years of age at the same address. This membership category attracts one vote at Annual General Meetings.
Parents must fill in a separate TRFC registration form for each child and hand it to the manager of that age group and not behind the bar.

Note: Should a Parent prefer to become a Vice President and wish any of his/her children to join the minis/junior/youth section there will be an additional fee of £12 for the child/children. A spouse/partner of a Vice President will pay an additional £20 for Associate membership.

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE THE ONLY FEES PAYABLE DURING THE YEAR, excepting any tours.

Please note that Insurance cover is only valid upon receipt of subscription and membership application form. Hardship cases will be considered compassionately.

A maximum of 1 membership card will be issued per family, additional cards can be issued on request to your team administrator. Replacement cards can also be requested, a fee will be charged.
NOTE: All subscriptions MUST be in before the 1st of October 2020 or an annual standing order must be in place with the first payment to be made no later than 1st of October 2020.
Players WILL NOT BE SELECTED TO PLAY MATCHES if the above payments are not in place.
Any new starter will be expected to join within 4 weeks of starting. Starters after the 1st of January who wish to make payment in full for the season will receive a pro-rata reduction in fee.

A fixture list will be issued to every player at the start of the season, on the understanding that the subscription will be paid by 1st October 2020.

Failure to pay the Membership Fee by this date will render the player unavailable to represent TRFC in competitive matches and will not be covered by TRFC basic insurance.
