I acknowledge and agree that I voluntarily enter this Fountain of Love and Life (FLL) event at my sole risk, and that FLL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated ministries and the organizers, sponsors and volunteers of FLL are exempt from all liabilities whatsoever for any and all damages, injuries and loss, including personal and property loss, that I may sustain arising from or in connection with any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, negligence.
In consideration of the acceptance of my entry to the FLL event, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators: (i) waive any and all rights and claim for damages sustained by me as a result of this event for any cause whatsoever, including, without limitation, negligence; and (ii) release FLLf rom all liabilities associated there with and indemnify them for same. I warrant that I am physically fit to participate in this event. I hereby recognize that my photograph, electronic image and/or video image may be captured during this event. I give permission to FLL to use these images through any media at any point in time. I hereby assign and transfer to FLL any and all rights, including copyright, that I may now or hereafter have on such images.
