Print Approval Form

Please check your proofs VERY carefully.

Every care has been taken to follow your instructions, but the final responsibility for accuracy of this proof rests with you, the client. Once you have submitted this form, you have given us approval to move forward and print the attached wedding stationery. If there are any errors on the final artwork, which were not alerted to us, it is solely the client's responsibility. Please check the proofs thoroughly as liability by Paper Celebrations and therefore Melodie Viljoen is limited to corrections only as indicated on these proofs.

At Paper Celebrations we do our best to match the printed colours to the colurs on screen, however since all devices display colour differently, we cannot guarantee print colours will match screen colours. For this reason we typically do not accepts returns based on colour. We also do not accept returns after proof approval has been submitted.

CONFIRMATION

By submitting 'Approved' with this form, I confirm I have thoroughly reviewed all digital proofs included for my stationery set. I accept full responsibility for this approval and hereby grant permission to proceed with printing. I understand that revisions, error corrections and/or preference changes after this approval will be deemed 'new work' and invoiced accordingly.
