1st, I would like to give you a little background. I'm not an agent, but Juan Pablo Herrara will be the agent representing the buyer and Investors Commercial Realty is the name of the brokerage (License #: RM421481). He's also an investor looking for deals himself.
I work as Juan Pablo's assistant. I assist him with his deal flow managment. If you need to speak with him to verify anything, let me know.
We Represent the buyer as a buyer consultants to help them through the acquisition process.
From January to September of this year, we have closed on 8 properties and I currently have a list of 40 clients who are currently interested in investing into a multi-unit so we really want to work with you.
