I, for myself and my executors and assigns,acknowledge that I will be participating in clinics, competitions and or other events (“Event(s)” beginning in August 1, 2019 thru July 31, 2020 hosted at locations scheduled by the Texas State Rifle Association Foundation (“TSRAF”) & Texas State Rifle Association ("TSRA")

I, acknowledge and understand that as a participant in the Event carries with it the possibility of known or unanticipated risks that could result in bodily injury, death, or damage to property. Specific risks/hazards involved in participating in this Event include but are not limited to the following: (1) auto accidents while traveling to and from Event location or while traveling at the Event location; (2) dehydration; (3) physical injury sustained while participating in shooting activities or activities near a shooting range; and (4) medical problems such as illness, allergies, etc.

I, acknowledge the dangers inherent in shooting sports. Furthermore, I agree that myself and my executors and assigns must follow rules to participate in the Event, and failure to follow such rules, as well as any other admonitions by trainers at the Event, will result in myself and my executors and assigns being removed from the program with no refund of any amounts paid. Safety of all participants is of the utmost importance and the decisions of trainers is final.

• Participant will, at all times listen to the Range Master or TSRA/TSRAF’s representative for instructions,and follow such instructions.
• Participant will be mindful of others participating in the Event,and do nothing to cause harm to others or property.
• Participant will be mindful all persons at the Event, whether participating in the Event or not. 

I understand that myself and my executors and assigns  will be allowed to participate in the Event only in consideration of (among other things) my agreeing to the provisions of this Release and Waiver, I, for myself and my spouse, my child(ren), my parents, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and anyone who may be representing me:

I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this Waiver, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk, Photo Release, and I have signed it voluntarily. If for any reason any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby. I intend that this Waiver shall constitute a complete and unconditional release of all liability of TSRA, its Foundation, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and /or volunteers to the greatest extent allowed by law. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge TSRA & TSRAF from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization

I agree that this Waiver shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Texas, and that any lawsuit related to myself and my executors and assigns participation in the Event will be held in Travis County, Texas.
