Simple/Grant Partnership Benefits
Benefits provided by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Cardiology:
- One-time email blast to PaACC member’s list. Email blast information must be sent to PaACC as a word document or typed into an email to us.
- Email blast items must be received at least three (3) weeks prior to program.
- Posting the course on the PaACC Website, Twitter account and Facebook Page
Benefits provided by your organization:
- Logo placement on the cover of the course brochure as a co-sponsoring organization
- Logo placement in brochure on interior page with a “Thank You” statement
- Logo placement on all supplemental promotional materials (web, email, print ads, etc) as a co-sponsoring organization
- Provide PaACC with a copy of the marketing materials prior to distribution
- Provide PaACC with an Excel list of meeting attendees no later than 10 days after conclusion of the meeting
- Provide PaACC completed Partnership Summary Report within 15 days after the conclusion of the meeting
- Provide PaACC with Meeting Attendee Evaluation Summary no later than 30 days after conclusion of meeting
- Failure to provide Attendee Lists, Summary Report and Evaluation will prevent your program from future partnership for one year.
Additional Grant ONLY Partnership Benefits
Benefits provided by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American College of Cardiology:
- PaACC will cover travel expenses for the PaACC presenter
- Educational Grant funds – $2,500 grant payment for Partnered Meetings will not be distributed until meeting evaluations are returned back to the PaACC administrative office.
Benefits provided by your organization:
- One free registration for a PaACC member
- Thirty (30) minutes early in the program agenda for PaACC leader to present ACC/PaACC information
