    This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of {date} (“Effective Date”) between See Jane Train, LLC ("Provider") and {name} (“Client”), {name}, {address39} {address40}, {address41} {address},

    • Sessions end 30-, 60-, 90-, or 120-minutes after scheduled start time for Silver, Gold, Platinum and Tungsten Mettle coaching sessions respectively.
    • Clients are required to have a strong Wi-Fi connection, be on their computer in our shared Google drive folder and available via phone for audio at the start of scheduled sessions.
    • Insufficient funds may result in loss of client’s reservation in selected time slot.
    • The provider reserves the right to anonymously use data and stories for marketing and presentation purposes.
    • The term of this Agreement shall commence on {date} and continue for a period of 12 months minimum after the first date of coaching (“Initial Term”). Thereafter the term shall automatically renew on a monthly basis until either party terminates this agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. After the Initial Term you may cancel the agreement at any time upon (1) one week’s prior written notice to Provider. Upon receipt of such notice, Provider shall cancel recurring billing and enrollment in reserved coaching or small group coaching session time slot. Client shall be responsible for all fees due through the end of the then current term. For avoidance of doubt, in the event Client terminates the Agreement during the middle of applicable term, Client shall not be entitled to a refund. 
    • If a Provider does not meet for a scheduled session due to illness or emergency, Provider will make every effort to reschedule the missed session within thirty (30) days, on a day and time agreeable to both parties or provide a prorated credit for such missed session, in Provider’s sole and absolute discretion.
    • Provider will make every effort to notify clients at least one (1) week in advance of coaching absences. Monthly billing will be prorated accordingly. (e.g. vacation, time off, extended professional commitments) 
    • Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without notice to Client.
    • The Client acknowledges and agrees that no credit or refund shall be due for sessions missed by the client.
    • Provider’s total and cumulative liability for direct damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall in no event exceed the fees paid by Client to Provider. In no event will Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    • As needed, you are also afforded the opportunity to trade your weekly alloted time for other sources of support from Provider, including, but not limited to: planning projects, pricing and revenue strategy help, marketing material review/creation, correspondence revisions, team coaching and video editing.

    I hereby authorize See Jane Train, LLC to charge the indicated credit card monthly for fees associated with Mettle coaching services provided, including, if necessary, adjustments for any changes to my account. I agreed that the periodic charge will be applied to my credit card according to my See Jane Train, LLC account billing cycle, and in order to cancel the recurring billing process, I am required to contact See Jane Train, LLC, in writing, at least one week in advance to either cancel the associated See Jane Train, LLC account, or arrange for an alternative method of payment. I understand that See Jane Train, LLC will not mail the invoices or bills. I agree that if I have any problems or questions regarding my account or any services provided by See Jane Train, LLC, I will contact See Jane Train, LLC for assistance using the contact information on their website@www.seejakeandjanetrain.com I also agree that I will not dispute any charges with my credit card company without first making good faith effort to remedy the situation directly with See Jane Train, LLC. I understand and agree that I’m responsible for the payment of any/all outstanding amounts due to See Jane Train, LLC under the terms of this agreement, including, without limitation, the payment of any/all build transactions which are rejected for payment by my credit card provider, as well as for any/all late fees or other costs incurred by my See Jane Train, LLC as a result of such rejection. I guarantee and warrant that I am the legal cardholder for this credit card and that I am authorized to enter into this recurring credit card billing agreement with See Jane Train, LLC.
