1. Each area should be cleaned and checked in accordance with the cleaning schedules:
After cleaning, all areas, should be clean, tidy, organised and uncluttered.
Where hoses are used, store on hose racks/hooks when not in use.
Toilet cleaning should be specifically planned with separate cleaning materials such as disinfectant & cloths.
If the same cleaner is cleaning both the processing areas and the toilets, toilets must be cleaned at the end of the cleaning time with no return to the processing areas.
a/ Kitchen, toilet, handles-daily
b/Lab, production area-after use or when/if required
c/Floor (washed and vacuumed)-weekly or when/if required (after production)
d/Office area-weekly
E/Fridges-every 2 weeks or when/if required
2. Production/lab areas should be cleaned every time after production/testing is finished.
All areas of the site to be cleaned - equipment, surfaces (including floors and walls)
Only specific products can be used to clean equipment:
Purple Bleach has to be used to clean Mixing Tank, Pipes, hoses after production is finished.
Disinfected spray has to be used to clean all surfaces and large equipment from outside.
Floor has to be cleaned with bleach and floor cleaner
Gloves should be worn when using strong chemicals.
