Events are typically hosted on Monday through Friday during our business hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm.
All events must be booked at least one month in advance.
Preconfirmed after hours events must conclude at 8:00pm.
Terms of the partnership include:
- Complete this form and sign our event space license agreement once event is approved.
- Include WeWork logo on all event promotional material and tag in social media mentions (@wework, @weworkMIA)
- Utilize WeWork's RSVP platform (Splash) and/or provides us with a list of your event attendees (name & email address).
- Support staffing for event including check-in/registration and set-up/break-down.
- Please note, all events must be cleaned up & loaded out by 8:30pm
- Event host is responsible for food and beverages
- A member of the WeWork Community Management Team must be permitted to introduce WeWork and offer group tours of the facility
- For After Hours events, if the event exceeds 50 attendees, there will be a $100 cleaning fee applicable.
Parking:
Brickell City Centre Parking Garage (8th Street Entrance) $3 an hour
13 SW 7th Street Parking Lot (cash only) $12 flat rate
