  • Any faculty or staff who is planning an iSchool event that has an associated cost and/or includes internal and external marketing needs to complete this Event Proposal form.

    All proposals should be submitted to Jennifer Pulver for budget approval which will then be forwarded to Mariann Major who will help facilitate the process, post the event on the Internal Events Calendar, and reserve the room.

    Please Note: Events which need a full marketing campaign (e.g., invitations or other mailings, web landing pages and analytics, etc.) and events providing alcohol must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to the event occurring. All other events must be submitted two weeks prior to the event occurring.
