    • Purchase Additional Conference & Tradeshow Passes (if applicable)  
    • Additional conference passes can be purchased at a promotional rate of $200.00 (plus HST) and can be paid by credit card or invoiced.

    • Purchase Network Reception Drink Tickets (if applicable)  
    • A cash bar will be available during the networking reception from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on March 25.  If you wish to pre-purchase drink tickets to distribute at your exhibit booth, please fill out the order form below.  Pre-purchased tickets will be included in your registration package. 

      Please indicate the number of domestic and import beer(s), and wine glass(es) you would like to purchase.  HST will be applied on all alcohol purchases.

    • All 10x10 booth will include one 8ft table and two chairs and 10x20 booths will include two tables and four chairs.  Please indicate the number of tables and chairs required.
