  •  THIS IS A PERSONAL PRIVATE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SUBLESSOR AND SUBLESSEE.

    Sublet agreement for an unfurnished unit ___ at West Chase apartments starting in Decembe __, 2012 and expiring on March 21, 2013. The start date must be after 12. 07. 2012 to allow sublessor to vacate. This is for a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom unit with approx., 808 square feet. Rent for this unit is $750.00 per month and includes water, sewer, trash, basic cable and pest control. Electricity is with Greer CPW and is approx., $60.00 per month. Optional Internet service and Expanded cable services are added on with Charter Communications and approx., $40 per month. Account numbers and codes will be provided for support and/or technical assistance. If these services are not wanted, the rental rate will still be $800.00 per month.

    Rent will be billed to the sublessee from the sublessor at $800.00 per month and will include the utilities and services described above. The final month, March, will be billed at $542.00, a prorated amount based on the lease expiration date of 3/21/2013. The first month beginning in December will be prorated and is $____. Sublessee is expected to notify sublessor if they will be vacating before or after lease expiration date at least two weeks in advance.

     Sublessor and Sublessee are required to have and maintain an open method of communication through e-mail, phone, social network or other only for this agreement and its terms.

  • RENT IS DUE BY THE 5TH OF THE MONTH TO SUBLESSOR UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED AND ACCEPTED PRIOR TO THE 1ST OF THE MONTH DUE.

    RENT IS TO BE DEPOSITED INTO SUBLESSOR'S CHECKING ACCOUNT (CERTIFIED FUNDS ONLY) EACH MONTH DUE UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED AND ACCEPTED PRIOR TO THE 1ST OF THE MONTH DUE.

    A RECEIPT WILL BE E-MAILED TO THE SUBLESSOR PROVIDING PROOF OF RENTAL PAYMENTS TO WEST CHASE APARTMENTS FOR THE UNIT. ** IT IS THE SUBLESSEE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THESE RECEIPTS ARE RECEIVED.**

  • Sublessor requirements for Sublessee:

    Sublessor will always have a copy of door key and mailbox key. Locks shall not be changed unless agreed upon by both parties and apartment community. Unit will not be entered by sublessor unless sublessee fails to meet terms of this agreement.

    Pets are not allowed.

     Mail will be checked by sublessor periodically and mail not addressed to sublessor will be left in the receptacle for collection by the designated individual. This is vice versa for sublessee.

    The unit will be left in good condition upon vacating

    All damages will be paid for by the occupant of the unit at the time the damage occured.

    Sublessee will be present for move-out inspection.

    If the terms of this agreement are not met, rent is not paid on time, apartment is being damaged or abused, complaints are being filed resulting in possible eviction or any other negative acts defined in the lease agreement, this agreement will be void and the sublessor will take over possession of the unit.
