Script to Customer: "(Customer Name) I understand that you would like to speak with someone above me, what I can do is open an escalation ticket for you. This will create documentation of our call and automatically send a request for someone to give you a callback. Typically you can expect a return call within 24 hours unless on the weekend then you should receive a call on Monday" Fill out this form and tell the customer that they should receive an email shortly with their ticket # also ask if they would like you to supply their ticket #. You will also receive an email with the ticket info.
