HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is simple. Just send me an email with the product(s) you want, the quantity needed and your method of payment (i.e. check or PayPal) and I will generate a digital invoice which will be emailed to the email on file for your business. The invoice will include your wholesale price per product plus shipping.
All prices are listing in US Dollars and at this time, due to shipping costs, I only ship within the United States.
All orders must be paid in full before items are shipped out.
All authorized retailers will receive 40% off the retail price plus shipping costs. All trade clients (i.e. crafters/makers) will receive 20% off the retail price of the product plus shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice.
MINIMUM QUANTITY PER ORDER
There are no quantity minimums on apparel. For decals there is a minimum of 5 per decal design/size.
Your opening order minimum depends on the product. See product table below.
There are no minimums on re-orders for any product type.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Any changes or cancellations to your order must be submitted prior to paying for your invoice. Once you've completed payment your order goes straight into production and cannot be altered. You can submit change / cancellation requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All wholesale invoices are submitted digitally. You can pay PayPal with either your PayPal account balance, a credit or debit card or Electronic Bank Transfer (ETF). It's important to note that payments via ETF take an additional 4-5 days for PayPal to process. Your order will not be started until your payment has processed.
If you wish to mail a check that is also an acceptable form of Payment. Your order will not be started until 1) I receive the check 2) your check has cleared the bank (approximately 3-4 days).
The time it takes to complete your products depends on the products themselves. Most orders will be completed and shipped within 2 weeks. Large orders of apparel (over 30 pieces) may take up to 4 weeks.
SHIPPING & DELIEVERY
Handling charges are included in the calculated shipping fee.
Decal orders always ship in chipboard mailers or flat rate boxes to prevent bends and tears while in transit.
Small apparel orders ship in poly mailers but any order over 4 pieces is shipped in a flat rate box to keep prices down.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All my products are handmade. Due to the nature of my product method items may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Please contact me at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged goods. Returned merchandise is replaced with new merchandise. Damaged merchandise is not accepted more than 15 days after delivery.
