Rental fees for non-ICC members. Every renter is charged a $100 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit fee. In addition, the following rental schedule applies:

$350 -Marriage Ceremony in Imam's office, Tawheed, and Other Islamic Religious Functions: (no use of Social Hall or Lecture Hall)$500 - Use of Social Hall for any function: Maximum number of people allowed is 225$500 - Use of Lecture Hall for any function including marriage ceremony: Maximum number of people allowed is 225 (No Food is allowed in lecture hall)$1,000 - Use of Both Social Hall and Lecture Hall: Maximum number of people allowed is 225 (No food is allowed in Lecture Hall)
1.      An individual is considered to be an ICC-GC member ONLY if he/she has been an active member in good standing for at least one full year.

2.      A request form should always be filled out by the applicant and approved prior to use of the facilities.

3.      Please make sure the use of the social hall and/or the lecture hall is available on the requested date

4.      All checks shall be made payable in the name of the ICC-GC

5.      An ICC-GC receipts shall be given for any funds received

6.      The security deposit would refunded if there are no damages to the ICC-GC facilities

7.      The renter/user is fully responsible for any and all damages to the ICC-GC facilities
