You can use this form to arrange a confidential online coaching conversation about any aspect of having COVID-19. We are here to talk with you about your physical and mental health concerns.

The three tiers of support:

access to online or telephone coaching and support in managing at this difficult time. This is very much about having a conversation about practicalities of having COVID-19 as well as feelings and emotions. It is not meant in any way to replace accessing clinical support through NHS health care professionals.

online resources exploring the science of stress using the concept of positive, tolerable and toxic stress. These resources are intended for use by families and extended networks of friends.

shared learning across VCLwith links to useful resources recommended by colleagues

Virgin Care Limited is working with EHCAP to provide online support as well as telephone or video coaching for Virgincare staff who have a confirmed or clinical diagnosis of COVID-19 or who are suspected of having COVID-19.
