All returning Alameda Music Project students must re-register for the 2020-2021 school year. Returning students are given priority for re-enrollment.
New students are enrolled according to overall need, not on a first-come-first-serve basis. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Once all open spots are filled, additional submissions will be added to our waiting list.
AMP is subsidized by a grant from the CA Dept. of Education that requires all students to attend our program 3 hours per day, five (5) days a week from the end of each school day until 6:00 P.M.
Registration Deposit Fees:
Due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic, deposit fees to hold your spot are not being collected at this time.
Tuition fees are based on a regular, on-site, 3-4 hour/day in-school aftercare schedule and are subject to change under the following circumstances:
A staggered school day schedule is implemented and aftercare hours are increased.
Distance learning is put back into effect and our programming is online.
A combination of either of the first two scenarios.
Kindergarten (KinderBAMP) (based on 4 hour, weekly aftercare schedule)
The tuition fee for kindergarten families is $350/month per child. The Maya Lin School Kindergarten day release schedule is 1:50 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 1:25 on Wednesdays. Student pick-up can begin at 4:45 p.m.
Grades 1-5 (based on 3-4 hour, weekly aftercare schedule)
The tuition fee is $270/month per child.
We offer a sibling discount of $50/month for each additional sibling enrolled.
