Steps to take for Registration:

Reserve your site directly with Dolores River Campground, then
Complete and Submit the AAC Online Registration Form
If you decide to cancel your Attendance please cancel with AAC by Notifying the Rally Host and the RV campground to enable others to take your place and to alert rally hosts
Cancelling with AAC does not cancel your RV campground site and you will be subject to their billing and cancellation policies

Arizona Airstream Club IS NOT handling the RV camping site reservations for this rally.

Identify as an Arizona Airstream Club member, payment is required at the time of booking:
$42.00 per night back-in + 6.8% tax.
$50.00 per night Pull-thru + 6.8% tax.
$95.00 per night for camping in the refurbished on-site 1953 Flying Cloud.
(Campers may append days. If you can stay for a week, the 7th night is free).
May 26, 2021; cancellation required prior to this date to receive a full refund minus $10.00 processing fee.

AFTER you have made your Reservation with Dolores River Campground, use this Form to Register for the Rally and Prepay the Rally Fee.

Tentatively we expect a Thursday night happy hour and potluck, daily continental breakfasts, and a Saturday “order from the menu” dinner at Montezuma Mexican Restaurant.

Rally Fee: The rally fee is $12 per adult.

Dolores River Campground Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation is required prior to May 26, 2021 to receive a full refund minus $10.00 processing fee.

AAC GENERAL CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: (Our rallies require significant advance planning for camping venues, events/excursions, advance food purchases and preparation. Any cancellations within 30 days of the Rally start date will forfeit those pre-paid rally fees and depending on the venue, potentially RV site fees.

If the timeliness of cancellation of your attendance does not allow the Host(s) to find replacement attendees or obtain refunds for any of the RV site fees and various tours/excursions, a refund cannot be made, and forfeiture of those costs will be incurred by the cancelling member.

WEATHER RELATED DELAYS OR CANCELLATION: If the Rally is cancelled due to weather conditions, or if members cannot attend or are delayed due to weather conditions, THERE WILL BE NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS OF THE RALLY FEE.

Pre-Payment of the Rally fee is required for Non-Camping/Off-Site Campers with Registration. Rally Fee is $12.00 per adult.

NO CAMPING OPTION WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU.
