    If you are requesting colour for the first time or have not been seen by our stylists within the past 6 months for colour please know we now require a colour consultation prior to booking a colour appointment. Consultations are important to discuss your hair goals(if they have changed) and ensures we book the appropriate timing for services. Due to the demand on our time we also require a colour deposit to reserve your colour appointment as outlined below in the "updated policies" section.

    Our haircut service pricing are now gender neutral and each option is time based on the desired result. Our haircut service includes a relaxing shampoo and our Edjii blowout. Wanded curls/waves or a flat iron finish can be added for $10.

    Our stylists may offer appointments outside their regular schedule at their premium rate (1.5x the normal service rate EX - Full Blonding starts at $276 and the premium rate would be $414+).

    Updated Salon Edjii Policies (1/12/2022)

    Salon Policies may not be the fun stuff, but they are important to maintain our business flow.

    All appointment changes, cancellations and reschedule requests require a firm 48 hour's notice. We truly understand life happens and we appreciate everyone's ability to communicate in a timely manner so that we can accommodate other clients that are on our stylists' waitlist. Please communicate directly with the salon via:

    *Cancellations/rescheduling/running late notices sent to Facebook messenger, Instagram, or directly to the stylist will not be considered appropriate notification as these forms of communication are not checked regularly. We appreciate your understanding!

    We will always use discretion when enforcing our policies especially given the current illness going around. We will kindly remind you of our policy one time for your first late arrival or last minute cancellation before cancellation fees are incurred.

    • Less than 48 hours notice for any cancellation or appointment adjustments are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the services scheduled to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled
    • Same Day Cancellations/No Call No Show/Same Day Appointment Adjustments are subject to 100% of the services scheduled to be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.

    The 2nd occurrence of any cancellation or no show a full deposit will be required to reserve all future appointments with any of our stylists.


    Appointment Adjustments- We understand budgets can change, but please understand our service timing is booked based on services requested for your hair's needs upon booking. If you need to make any adjustments to any service you are booked for our 48 hour cancellation policy still applies or you will be billed for the services booked.

     

    Late Policy - Please notify us ASAP if you may be late. If you are more 10 min late, we may have to forgo part of your service or reschedule altogether. Please be advised that if your appointment adjusted or rescheduled a same day cancellation fee will apply for services booked.


    Colour Deposit - We may require a $50 non refundable deposit paid upon booking your appointment to reserve your stylists time. This deposit will be deducted from the service total at your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 48 hours and we will transfer the deposit to the new appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours forfeit this deposit and a new deposit will be required.

    Salon Edjii is committed to the health and safety of all our clients and staff while maintaining a relaxing environment. Listed below are the precautions we will be taking when we re-open.

    1. We will be disinfecting each client area between appointments. 
    2. Fresh capes, clips, and combs will be used on every guest.
    3. We will be wearing masks for the immediate future.

    We kindly ask all of you to help us maintain a safe and relaxing environment by doing the following:

    • Face masks will be required upon entering the building (one that goes behind the ears). If you do not have a mask available we can provide a disposable one for you. We are not responsible for damaged or soiled fabric masks brought from home and we are happy to provide a disposable one, if needed.
    • Please use the hand sanitizer station in our entryway before proceeding to check in with the front desk.
    • Please come alone to your appointment. All other guests will not be permitted in the salon at this time.
    • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure your services can be started at the time they are scheduled. If you arrive late you may have to forgo part or all of your services. If the appointment is rescheduled as a result of being late we will use discretion as to whether a rebooking fee may be incurred.
    • Please leave all non essential items at home.
    • We will still be offering beverages, served with a straw so that you can drink while wearing a mask, but please feel free to bring your own as well.

    Lastly,we love and have missed you all in our chairs, but health must come before hair! If you are sick or have been in contact with anyone who is sick, stay home. We can afford to have you cancel your appointment, we can not afford to get sick and cancel 14 days worth of appointments. We appreciate your understanding during this time!
