Please read and verify with your signature below, that you will follow these guidelines:
- Appointment time is for 30 minutes, which allows time for staff to sanitize the shop prior to the next customer's arrival. Please come prepared with your shopping list and questions for staff.
- This appointment is for the shop only. The remainder of the service center building is closed to the public. If you have other Girl Scout needs, please contact customercare@gssne.org.
- Customer will wait in their vehicle until scheduled appointment time.
- Customer will wear a mask. Anyone refusing to wear a mask will not be allowed to enter.
- Customer will use hand sanitizer provided before entering the shop.
- One Customer will be allowed in the shop at one time.
- Customers should only touch items they believe they will be purchasing. If you need assistance, please ask the staff.
- At this time, a troop visit to our stores is not advised, due to the time limit of 30 minutes, troop size and the small footprint of our stores. We encourage individual Girl Scouts to make an appointment with their individual families.
If the customer, or anyone they are in close contact with, is not feeling well or are experiencing any of the following symptoms: coughing or shortness of breath, fever (100.4 or higher), sore throat, body aches, or loss of taste or smell, they agree to not come into the service center shops.
