Guidelines
During this Performance Review, we would like Employees and Managers to focus the conversations on three areas: Growth Opportunities, Achievements, and Strengths. Three ratings: G.A.S to fuel my performance in 2021!
Ratings
Growth = I have identified growth opportunities. There are areas where I can learn more, improve my performance, and take my impact to the next level.
Achieve = I am continuously delivering what is expected of me according to my job description/roles and responsibilities.
Strong = Strong is my forte, area where I am excelling. I am ready to take on more responsibilities in this field.
Important notice: Each rating should be used only once.
