• Director Application - Self Nomination

    Directors are required to maintain membership in the Society. Members on the Board of Directors are "working volunteers" with voting privilege and should be resident in Greater Victoria. Board meetings are scheduled approximately once per month, ten times a year with shorter logistical meetings as required. The maximum number of Directors is 11 and mandatory Board positions to maintained filled are: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. A Director may hold more than one position except the President. Directors without a Board Position are considered Directors at Large.
  • Our mission is to promote education and increase appreciation of classical guitar in Victoria and encourage community building through concerts, workshops, and social events.
