In addition to this application, the following materials must be submitted by March 1, 2021:
- A cover letter with a brief description of how your qualifications and experiences align with the requirements of being a superintendent;
- A current resume that includes education and all certification/licensure status;
- A minimum of three, but no more than five, recent letters of recommendation from people who know you well in a professional context;
- Verification of licensing status as a superintendent of schools in Massachusetts;
- College/university placement papers and academic transcripts indicating degrees.

- Those invited for an interview may be requested to provde a portfolio of written communications. If so, NESDEC will inform you of the types of documents requested.
- Additional references may be requested.
Candidates are advised not to contact the School District or School Committee members unless requested to do so.
