1. If there are any changes to your original quote or when you have not received a quote upfront, Mobile Reboot will contact you before commencing any work.
2. A nonrefundable service fee of $30 will be charged in the event of your device is not repaired/repairable.
3. Mobile Reboot is not liable for any data loss. We always recommend to make a backup before sending your device in for repair.
4. Due to the delicate parts of the device, there is always a chance that a cable may rip on the home button or Face ID. If this happens a new cable will be used, but some functions may not work properly. Additionally, Mobile Reboot is only responsible for the part being worked on.
5. If Mobile Reboot does not receive payment within 30 days after the invoice date we recognize that you have agreed to forfeit your device in lieu of payment and will reserve the right to recycle your device.
