What problem or pain point are you solving with your product or service? How are you going to solve it?
Who are you solving this problem for? List as many groups/types of people who have this problem as you can think of.
Who else is solving this problem? Are they local, national, or international?
What do they do well? What do they not do well? How can you fix that?
Why do you think that you can solve it better? What makes your solution different from what already exists? Why should people buy your product or service over your competitors?
What is your niche going to be? How are you going to set yourself apart?
If you have to narrow down who you're going to solve the problem for - what more specific group would you like to serve?
