Once your application has been approved, Member Services will give you a call to process the fee.

All membership holders over the age of 12 will recieve a key tag. If lost, there will be a charge for a replacement.

By submitting this application. You are agreeing to adhere to the LMOA Swimming Pool Rules listed in Chapter 6 Section 6.03 in the LMOA Policy Manual.
