By submitting this application, I am attesting that I am at least 18 years old and either a current or retired firefighter. I will keep the International and my local chapter aware of any changes to my contact information, fire department rank, and/or fire department affiliation I may have in the future.

New Member Registration Fee ($50.00 USD)

Membership Transfer Fee ($25.00 USD)

All fees are payable to F.O.O.L.S. International. Applications arriving with cash will be denied & returned to the applicant.
