BOAT AND EQUIPMENT STATUS
Twisted Anchor Boats, LLC, assures that the boat was inspected thoroughly and is in great condition.
All safety equipment is included in the rental and are listed on a safety checklist which will be throughly reviewed and signed by the renter and participants when onboard the vessel.
Will provide a valid photo ID at the time of this agreement.
The rental period will start from the date selected and will end on the date selected. The dates cannot be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded without at least 48 hours notice to Twisted Anchor Boats, LLC via phone call.
The renter agrees to pay a $50 deposit on this agreement if rental date is more than 7 days out. If the rental period is less than 7 days prior to this agreement, the full rental amount is due.
Any damage caused by the renter and particpants will be responsible for repairing the damage and assume all costs associated with that damage.
The renter and participants agree and acknowledges the risks of being on a boat in the water and will abide all Florida rules, laws and regulations while on the water.
The renter is aware that any person age 6 and under must wear a USCG life jacket at all times while onboard the boat. The renter will be shown where all USCG approved life jackets and safety equipment will be while onboard. All infant/youth/child life jackets are subject to availability by Twisted Anchor Boats, LLC, and if cannot be provided at the date of this rental, it will be the renters responsibility to provide.
Each participant will be required to sign a participant acknowledgement form and a liability waiver form when boarding the vessel.
If cancellation is 48 hours PRIOR to the start of the rental period, the renter will be eligible for a refund. A cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the rental period will not be eligible for a refund. (All cancellations must be done via phone call to Twisted Anchor Boats, LLC.)
If the renter is late at the designated date and time on the rental agreement, Twisted Anchor Boats, LLC will not be able to extend the rental time or change to another day. It is the renter's responsibility to get to the designated location on time.
If on the day of the rental there is 80% chance of rain or small craft advisory issued in the Bradenton Beach area via Bay News 9, then there will be the option to move the rental to another day, subject to availability.
CONDITIONS WHILE ON BOARD THE BOAT:
No more than #6 persons
No Grills or open fires
No Illegal drugs
No tubing, skiing or towing
Renter and participant agree to all Florida boating laws while on board
Unruly behavior will not be tolerated. This may result in returning to the dock earlier than agreed on this agreement, and is at the descretion of the Captain.
